## Help & Support

Start a recording, switch activities, understand your journal, and get help without sharing activity records automatically.



## Start, switch, finish



- Start recording and choose the activity you are actually doing. Planning an item is optional. Tap another activity when it changes; meals and breaks count too. Finish to inspect durations and notes. Backgrounding or locking does not end recording.

## Customize and recover



- Add, rename, reorder or remove subjects and everyday activities. Changes do not rewrite old records. If you forgot to finish, set the actual end time in the journal. iPhone, iPad and Mac do not sync; use one device for a session.

## Language and sound



- FocusGo follows system/per-app language preferences and includes 19 app localizations. Feedback screens support English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French and German, with English fallback for other languages. Sounds can be muted. Optional iPhone/iPad return reminders cannot detect games.

## Feedback and replies



- If Settings includes Feedback & replies, a parent can submit feedback without signing in and continue the conversation on the same device. Version and system metadata accompany submission; activity records, notes and logs are never attached automatically. Email is optional. Read the disclosure first and avoid children's sensitive information. Replies are not emailed or pushed automatically.

## Contact



- Parents can email info@xunova.tech for help, a feedback deletion request, or local-record removal and recovery guidance. Do not send sensitive information about children.
