Original scenarios are fetched after sign-in and kept in current-run memory, not a bundled or downloaded offline bank. Deliberate check-ins, undo and account progress are available. The app also supports pasting, optional on-device speech input, English-to-Chinese/Chinese-to-English queries and cloud collections. Azure GPT-4.1 mini definitions are references, not an authoritative dictionary. Independent feedback is separate; there is no AI ability or pronunciation scoring. - Maintenance, faults or supplier restrictions may interrupt service. Initial catalog access and reloading require a connection and sign-in, not first-launch offline access; retry reported network failures. Speech input requires permissions and device/language support, without cloud-recognition fallback. Final text still requires separate cloud-query permission; translation and lookup share limits. Do not use collections as the only backup for important material. Removing unpublished features does not deliberately erase existing account data. ## Acceptable use - Access only your own account and data through normal app flows. Do not bypass authentication, forge requests, abuse interfaces in bulk or interfere with other people. Submit only content you are entitled to process, not another person’s secrets or sensitive information. - You may sign out at any time. Use in-app account deletion to remove cloud account data. Request deletion of independent support conversations separately in the conversation or by email. ## Fees, subscriptions and marketing - There is currently no subscription, renewal, trial, marketing-subscription, advertising or in-app-purchase flow. Reading this page does not automatically select extra consent or replace separate cloud-language permission. - If paid features are introduced, formal terms, prices and validation mechanisms will be supplied separately. Account deletion would not automatically mean cancellation of platform billing. ## Apple terms - If you install or use the app through an Apple platform, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement may apply as supplemental platform terms. - These terms do not exclude consumer rights under applicable law. Kokoro, ONNX and other components are supplied under their respective open-source licenses, with notices in app Settings.
